Job Description
As a Swim Instructor at {Company Name}, you will lead swimming programs and conduct both individual and group lessons customized for children across different age groups and skill levels. Provide swim instruction for students of varying ages and skill levels
Create a safe, positive learning environment for all students
Evaluate student progress and offer guidance and feedback as necessary
Requirements:
Previous experience working with students of all ages and capabilities, preferably in an educational or instructional environment
Proficient in various swim strokes and techniques with strong swimming skills
Thorough knowledge of water safety and survival skills
Certification in CPR & First Aid for infants, children, and adults
Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and creative teaching skills
Effective behavior management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
Background in childcare or sports coaching is advantageous, demonstrating an understanding of working with children in a structured setting
Genuine love and passion for swimming and children
